Texture

Tiny worlds teach precision. Every leaf, every drop, every thread of bark has its own architecture. Spending time with them sharpens the way I read a room.

Patience

Nature moves slowly. Good images do too. Watching light filter through branches or fog settle over the lake changes how I approach every space I photograph.

Presence

Wildness isn’t chaos — it’s clarity. When you’re alone in the trees, the world simplifies. That quiet sense of attention is the same thing I bring into a home.

Rooted in the Outside World

Time in the trees resets how I see. The quiet, the texture, the patience — it works its way into everything I make. When I come back to a home after being out in the forest, I notice more. I move slower. I pay attention to the small things that make a space feel alive. That’s the difference you see in the images.
